fc99 is intended for players located in Bangladesh. It is solely the player's responsibility to determine whether accessing fc99 is lawful in their jurisdiction. fc99 makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players accessing fc99 from outside Bangladesh do so entirely at their own risk.

By using fc99 you confirm that you are not acting under duress, are of sound mind, and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You further confirm that you are not registered on any self-exclusion programme and that you are not accessing fc99 on behalf of any third party.

Each player is permitted to hold one fc99 account only. Operating more than one account — whether via different mobile numbers, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where fc99 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and all balances, including bonus funds and winnings, will be forfeited without compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fc99 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact fc99 support immediately and change your password.

The minimum single deposit is ৳100. Deposits are credited to the player's account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. fc99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. fc99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice. Deposits must come from a payment account registered in the player's own name — third-party deposits will not be accepted and may result in account suspension.

The minimum single withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts are processed within approximately 15 minutes. Withdrawals are paid only to a payment account in the same name as the fc99 account. fc99 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above the standard threshold. Withdrawals may be delayed if the relevant funds were generated through a bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirements.

fc99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms. Where a deposit is reversed, any winnings generated from bets placed using those funds will be voided. fc99 will notify the player of any refused or reversed transaction and provide reasons where it is lawful to do so.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements) before they may be converted to withdrawable balances. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated when the bonus is credited or in the applicable promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. fc99 reserves the right to specify which games are eligible for wagering requirement completion.

fc99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes claiming bonuses via multiple accounts, coordinating bets with other players to minimise risk, placing low-risk wagers specifically to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting any technical error resulting in an incorrectly credited bonus. Where fc99 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, suspend or close the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn that were generated through the abusive activity.

Any attempt to defraud fc99 or other players — including use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, providing false identity documents, or any other dishonest act — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action. fc99 cooperates fully with payment providers and law enforcement agencies when investigating fraud.

The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human method to place bets or interact with fc99 is strictly prohibited. fc99 uses automated detection to identify such activity and will act immediately against any account found to be using automated systems.

Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits at any time via account settings. Requests to increase limits are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Players may also request a temporary time-out between 24 hours and 30 days, or a permanent self-exclusion, by contacting fc99 customer support at any time.

Any player who believes their gaming has become problematic may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period the account is suspended and the player is unable to log in, deposit or place bets. Marketing communications to self-excluded players are suppressed. Players who have self-excluded and wish to return after the exclusion period must contact fc99 support and complete a return-to-play assessment before their account is reactivated.

fc99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and circumstances beyond fc99's reasonable control — including internet service disruptions, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events — may cause temporary unavailability. fc99 will not be liable for any losses, including losses arising from open bets or unsettled wagers, caused by platform downtime or technical errors outside its reasonable control.

While fc99 takes reasonable steps to ensure that odds, game results, account balances and other information displayed on the platform are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Where a bet is accepted or a game result recorded due to a manifest error — including an obviously incorrect price, a system malfunction, or a data feed error — fc99 reserves the right to void the affected bet or correct the error, even after settlement has been processed. Players will be notified of any such correction promptly.
